About the position We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Consultant, with experience working in Digital Transformation & Innovation consulting assignments, with major institutions and Fortune 500 companies. In this role, you will work in digital strategy, marketing excellence, digital transformation and customer experience projects. You will be a contributing team member, supporting and managing the successful execution of client projects. Working closely with our other offices and leveraging our global network to take part in cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge. Next to this, you will constantly be dared to share consulting best practices with your team and prepare material to support business development initiatives. Responsibilities • Support and manage the successful execution of client projects. • Work in digital strategy, marketing excellence, digital transformation, and customer experience projects. • Participate in cross-selling initiatives and share knowledge across global network. • Share consulting best practices with the team. • Prepare material to support business development initiatives. Requirements • Master's Degree completed. • At least 4 years experience as a consultant with similar responsibilities in a similar firm. • Experience in Corporate Strategy, Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Customer experience and journey design, CRM or Customer Analytics and Insights. • Familiarity with agile project management and delivery of large scale digital transformation projects. • Experience managing a digital project team through an entire project life cycle. • Experience in Financial Services, Retail, Transport & Healthcare sectors. Nice-to-haves • Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills. • Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities. • Dynamic and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
