We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy and execution for our demand generation campaigns. This is a strategic, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can think like a content strategist but write like a copywriter. You’ll own campaign narratives from ideation to execution, crafting high-performing content that drives leads and moves prospects through the funnel. You’ll collaborate with the Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, and Design teams to shape campaign direction—then bring it to life through compelling content like reports, guides, landing pages, and emails. This role isn’t just about writing. It’s about connecting the dots between audience insight, business priorities, and campaign performance—and using tools like AI to get there faster and smarter. StackAdapt is a remote-first company, and we welcome applicants from Canada and the United States. What you'll be doing: • Develop and execute content strategies that support demand generation campaigns and business goals • Write high-quality content assets across the buyer journey • Own the content lifecycle: planning and positioning, writing, reviewing, and publishing • Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, and Design teams to shape campaign messaging and formats • Ensure content is SEO-informed, visually engaging, and optimized for performance • Use arenaflex Analytics (GA4) and heatmapping tools (CrazyEgg) to tie content efforts to performance outcomes • Use AI and research tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, SEMRush) to streamline research, drafting, and testing • Analyze campaign performance to iterate and optimize based on what’s working • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring campaign experiences to life across social, email, web, events and more What you’ll bring to the table: • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing (SaaS or AdTech/MarTech preferred) • Proven success crafting content that supports lead generation and sales enablement • Strong writing skills—able to flex tone and structure based on audience and stage of funnel • Proven experience using arenaflex Analytics (GA4) and heatmapping tools (e.g., CrazyEgg, Hotjar) to assess content performance and tie content strategies to measurable outcomes • Experience in full-funnel campaign development and content sequencing • Comfort with performance metrics and using data to optimize content strategy • Strategic mindset with the ability to tie messaging to business outcomes • Curiosity and comfort exploring new tools and trends, especially in AI • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience designing and executing A/B tests on content assets (e.g., email copy, landing pages, CTAs) to optimize engagement, conversions, and overall campaign performance. • Bonus: Experience creating playbooks or campaign content frameworks StackAdapters enjoy: • Highly competitive salary • RRSP/401K matching • 3 weeks vacation + 3 personal care days + 1 Culture & Belief day + birthdays off • Access to a comprehensive mental health care platform • Full benefits from day one of employment • Work from home reimbursements • Optional global WeWork membership for those who want a change from their home office • Robust training and onboarding program • Coverage and support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, etc) • Access to StackAdapt programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learning • An awesome parental leave policy • A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture • Our social and team events!
