To learn more about our positioning and approach, you can visit: THE ROLE We are seeking experienced independent consultants with strong backgrounds in one or more of the following areas: • Business & Growth Strategy • Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization • Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing • AI Enablement for Business Functions Engagements are project-based, scoped in advance, and typically last 1 to 3 months, with the possibility of extensions depending on client needs. Consultants work directly with the client’s leadership team (founders, executives, managers), while Rem.Up remains involved to ensure continuity, alignment, and support. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON Depending on your expertise, projects may include: • Defining or refining business and growth strategies • Supporting go-to-market or market expansion initiatives • Diagnosing operational inefficiencies and designing improved workflows • Structuring performance marketing or digital growth roadmaps • Designing practical AI use cases to support marketing, analytics, or decision-making • Translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations This is not execution-only work. We are looking for professionals comfortable operating at a strategic and advisory level. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • 8+ years of professional experience (consulting, industry, or both) • Proven experience working with startups, scale-arenaflex, or SMEs • Strong expertise in at least one core area: strategy, operations, digital marketing, or AI enablement • Experience delivering consulting engagements remotely • Ability to structure problems, communicate clearly, and work autonomously • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and decision-makers We are not looking for junior profiles, fresh graduates, or task-based executors. HOW WE WORK • Engagements are clearly scoped with defined objectives and timelines • Consultants work directly with clients on delivery • Rem.Up supports the engagement through coordination, follow-up, and administration • Communication is professional, transparent, and asynchronous when possible • There is no guaranteed volume of work; consultants are engaged based on fit, availability, and project relevance Our goal is to build long-term relationships with trusted consultants we can involve repeatedly as new projects arise.
