About the opportunity You are already a successful independent Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. You have clients, credibility, and a reputation for getting results. What you don’t have time for is building and maintaining an entire scalable training and implementation system for enterprise clients. Yet that is exactly the kind of system that would let you: • Build a strong recurring revenue stream instead of living from project to project • Escape the classic feast‑or‑famine contract cycle • Offer ongoing “on demand” services to your clients instead of only one‑off engagements Lean Six Sigma Bureau is building a global network of top‑tier independent MBBs who want to plug into a proven, enterprise‑ready system to serve more and larger clients, without license fees or start‑up costs. This is a partnership, not employment. What you get As a Lean Six Sigma Bureau Partner you gain access to: Accredited Lean Six Sigma programs (Belts, projects, assessments, exams) ready to deploy for your enterprise clients under the LSSB brand and/or co‑branded with your own practice. • Proven, scalable solutions: Pre‑designed training and implementation tracks you can configure for manufacturing, services, and corporate environments, so you can focus on selling and delivering instead of building assets from scratch. • Global network of senior MBBs: Peer group of experienced practitioners to exchange case studies, best practices, and joint opportunities. • No licensee fee or start‑up bolthires: You will become an independent partner. You pay no upfront “franchise” or license fee to use the system. The commercial model is based on win‑win collaboration and shared upside on client projects rather than fixed platform fees. What you will do In this role you will: • Use your existing client base and network to position and sell LSSB enterprise solutions. • Scope and lead Lean Six Sigma training, coaching, and project support using the LSSB LMS and toolkits. • Act as primary advisor to your clients’ leadership and teams, ensuring measurable operational and financial impact. • Contribute lessons learned and proof back into the global MBB community. Who this is for We are looking for seasoned professionals who meet most of the following: • Minimum 8–10 years of experience running complex improvement projects. • Already operating as an independent consultant (or leading a small consulting practice). • Existing relationships with mid‑sized or large enterprises. • Comfortable owning the full client relationship: business development, delivery, and account growth. Engagement model • This is not an employment position. There is no base salary, benefits, or exclusivity requirement. • You remain an independent consultant, owning your brand and your client relationships. • Commercial terms are structured per client engagement on a shared‑value basis; details are discussed individually to ensure a clear, win‑win setup. How to apply Please apply via LinkedIn with: • A brief summary of your current consulting practice. • 2–3 example enterprise clients or programs you have led. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a call to discuss mutual fit, the system, and commercial structure. If you’re a veteran MBB who wants to scale your impact without building everything from zero, this is for you. Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
