To learn more, visit www.cority.com . The Senior Manager, GTM Analytics & AI will lead the evolution of our Business Intelligence function into a unified Office of GTM-Ready BI & AI . This role blends revenue strategy leadership with hands-on analytics engineering , owning the analytics and AI foundations that power forecasting, pipeline execution, and go-to-market decision-making. n Mandate: Build GTM-Ready Intelligence: Align advanced analytics and data models to core GTM strategies and revenue motions Embed AI into Revenue Execution: Operationalize AI-driven insights across forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM workflows. Responsibilities: Revenue Strategy & GTM Initiatives Own end-to-end revenue analytics supporting annual revenue planning, territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, and forecasting Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps leadership to define GTM KPIs , pipeline health metrics, and growth levers Architect executive-ready dashboards and insights that drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue operating cadences Provide executive visibility into performance and forecast accuracy Drive transparency, predictability, and scalability in GTM measurement Lead analytics for: Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and revenue arenaflex setting Pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity optimization Expansion, retention, and cohort performance analysis Translate GTM strategy into data products that influence real-time decisions, not static reporting Serve as a strategic advisor to revenue leadership, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities through data and AI insights Analytics Engineering & AI Execution Partner with Analytics function to design and build scalable data models across CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and financial systems Own the analytics engineering layer (semantic models, metrics definitions, transformations, documentation) Ensure data quality, governance, and metric consistency across all GTM reporting Design and deploy AI-powered capabilities and applications , including: Enterprise AI Search across GTM data AI-driven insights, anomaly detection, and forecasting augmentation Embedded insights within revenue workflows (CRM, planning tools, dashboards) Partner with Analytics to define architecture, tooling, and performance standards Establish best practices for version control, testing, and analytics scalability Set technical and strategic standards for analytics delivery Foster a culture of ownership, business context, and outcome-driven analytics What Success Looks Like: Revenue leaders trust analytics as the single source of truth Annual revenue planning is faster, more accurate, and scenario-driven AI insights are embedded directly into GTM workflows, not siloed experiments The Analytics function is viewed as a strategic revenue partner , not a reporting service Qualifications: 7+ years in GTM analytics, RevOps analytics, BI, or data roles supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance Proven experience owning revenue planning, forecasting, and pipeline analytics Strong hands-on experience with analytics engineering (SQL, data modeling, semantic layers, BI tools) Experience operationalizing AI or advanced analytics within business workflows Exceptional stakeholder communication skills with executive presence Nice To Have: Experience building analytics functions from early-stage or transformation phases Exposure to modern data stacks (cloud warehouses, dbt, modern BI tools) Experience embedding analytics into CRM or GTM platforms n WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? · An opportunity to work in a values-driven, performance oriented, dynamic and growth focused culture · We support a remote working environment with a one-time home office allowance and subsidized monthly internet allowance · Competitive health benefits, dental plans, and retirement savings plan (RRSP, 401K plan etc.) · Annual fitness allowance · Mental health support provided through access to Calm Premium meditation app and access to Talkspace · Access to Udemy, internal training programs, annual training allowance and certifications, if applicable, and High Talent Programs Cority is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
