Smartsheet is looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional to help manage all aspects of investor communications. This is a career-defining opportunity to join Smartsheet at a critical moment and have a significant impact. You will liaise between Smartsheet and the investment community, and frequently work with buy side and sell side analysts. You will coordinate quarterly financial updates, and work with Senior Leadership to craft the investor communication strategy. You will report to our Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasury located in our Bellevue, WA office. Smartsheet is looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional to help manage all aspects of investor communications. This is a career-defining opportunity to join Smartsheet at a critical moment and have a significant impact. You will liaise between Smartsheet and the investment community, and frequently work with buy side and sell side analysts. You will coordinate quarterly financial updates, and work with Senior Leadership to craft the investor communication strategy. You Will: • Conduct frequent calls and meetings with members of the investment community. • Coordinate quarterly investor engagements held between our organization executives and the investment community. • Construct the investment narrative, compile company analysis, and create presentations for various investor events. • Establish and maintain essential relationships with institutional investors and sell-side research analysts. • Compile and analyze sell side financial models. • Participate in investor functions such as conferences and non-deal roadshows conducted throughout the year in various locations. • Advise Senior Leadership on strategies related to our investor communication. • Create investor education material such as presentations, product demos, scripts, etc. You Have: • 8+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or Investor Relations functions. • Experience working directly with members of the investment community. • Bachelor's degree required. • Understanding of accounting and finance principles and financial models. • Desire to work in a collaborative environment to promote and lead team performance • Experience growing and evolving a tech company • Experience presenting financial data to investor panels. • Travel to investor events multiple times per year.
