Job Title: Senior Manager of Paid Media (Amazon PPC, Google & Social Ads, DSP)

Job Overview:

The Senior Manager of Paid Media will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Amazon PPC (including global campaigns), Google Ads, social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and DSPs. This role requires deep expertise in multi-channel paid media strategies, focusing on Amazon advertising, Google Ads, social media campaigns, and programmatic buying. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to optimize campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of Amazon PPC strategies (including global campaigns) to maximize visibility, drive conversions, and increase revenue. Manage campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.
• Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and YouTube, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Manage and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Oversee and optimize programmatic advertising efforts using DSPs to drive engagement and conversions across multiple digital channels.
• Leverage data and analytics to create detailed performance reports for Amazon, Google, social, and DSP campaigns. Use insights to optimize and refine campaigns for better ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, product, analytics, and sales) to develop integrated strategies across Amazon Global, Google, and social media channels.
• Conduct in-depth competitive research and analysis to benchmark performance and identify new opportunities for growth in Amazon, Google, and social advertising.
• Use audience targeting, retargeting, and data segmentation to improve campaign targeting and ensure the best possible return on ad spend (ROAS) across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Amazon advertising, Google Ads, social media marketing, and programmatic buying to ensure Aterians strategies remain cutting edge.
• Manage the paid media budget across Amazon, Google, social, and DSP platforms, ensuring effective allocation and pacing to meet business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3, providing coaching and guidance to encourage growth and collaboration across all paid media efforts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in paid media marketing, with a focus on Amazon PPC, Google Ads, social advertising, and DSP platforms.
• Extensive experience managing Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP campaigns, with a global focus.
• Expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and DSP platforms (e.g., Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk).
• Familiarity with advertising software like Pacvue, Kapoq, Xmars, SKAI or similar.
• Strong understanding of paid media buying, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques across multiple platforms.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and ROI goals through paid advertising on Amazon, Google, social platforms, and DSPs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Amazon Global advertising strategies and campaigns in international markets.
• Familiarity with other digital marketing tools such as marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Strong experience with conversion rate optimization and customer journey mapping.
• Ability to manage large budgets and prioritize investments across paid media channels to maximize impact.
