About the job: Intentsify is looking for a senior media buyer with experience in the digital advertising ecosystem to support the B2B activations we execute on behalf of our advertiser and agency clients. Reporting into the EVP, Ad Solutions, this pivotal role shall guide Intentsify’s supply path optimizations. This includes identifying and coordinating with media sellers, platforms, publishers, and curators around the world to analyze, build, and maintain Intentsify’s inventory, relevant PMP, PG, and Direct IO deals, and ensure that campaign managers have optimal high quality media inventory available across display, native, CTV, online video, audio, and digital out-of-home channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, have hands-on experience in digital media inventory management, supply path optimization, and ad trafficking, and want to build a comprehensive supply framework to support omnichannel activation across global markets. Responsibilities: · Work with Intentsify’s campaign managers to analyze and understand the ad inventory needs across campaigns. · Work with the media strategy, sales, and campaign management teams to refine and secure campaign-specific and customer-specific inventory in advance of campaign execution. · Work with Intentsify’s unique media consumption data to understand high-priority publishers/partners to feature in our inventory management efforts. · Build relationships with media sellers and platforms to secure applicable advertising inventory, sponsorship relationships, etc. to support the business. · Oversee the management and trafficking of relevant deals within Intentsify’s media buying platforms. Hands-on experience in the Trade Desk, Xandr, Beeswax/Freewheel, OutMoove, Mountain, DV 360, and StackAdapt is strongly preferred. · Create and deliver regular reports on inventory consumption, availability, and profitability across the business. · Partner with the finance team to support the tracking and financial reporting related to Intentsify’s inventory utilization. Experience negotiating various inventory supply agreements across the advertising ecosystem, either on the buy-side or on the sell-side, with familiarity in different media currencies, negotiating tactics, price analysis, and audience data incorporation. · Analytical Mindset. Strong analytical fundamentals, with a comprehensive and data-driven approach. · Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of management. · Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage details meticulously, work efficiently, and adjust priorities as necessary. · Proactive Attitude: A self-starter mindset with a drive to help achieve company goals.
