Responsibility

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions (Excluded recruitment)
  • Responsible for the implementation of HR policies, practices and processes at country level
  • Responsible to handle monthly payroll processing for all levels and monthly reporting
  • Conduct assessment and evaluation on a continuous basis regarding the performance of the staff
  • Work closely with management and submit performance or other reports to Head Office
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Well versed in processing payroll, government mandatory benefits and Labor Law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Hands-on with a positive attitude
