<strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>The selected candidate will join the Technology and Transformation Marketing team, a global enablement unit that supports a broad network of internal marketing partners across multiple regions. This role is part of a strategic, high impact initiative focused on migrating enterprise scale marketing operations from Adobe Marketo to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.<br><br>The project operates in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and requires an engineer capable of building a solid technical foundation from the ground up. This is a hands on opportunity to own the full email engineering lifecycle, from early adoption of next generation Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to the design and implementation of modular, scalable, and high quality email systems used by global marketing teams.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Design, build, and maintain scalable email templates and modular design systems within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.<br><br>Implement responsive, accessible, and cross client compatible email solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript.<br><br>Own the technical execution of multi touch campaigns and nurture programs, collaborating closely with marketing stakeholders.<br><br>Ensure high standards of quality, deliverability, and performance through rigorous QA processes and email testing tools.<br><br>Contribute to the migration effort from Adobe Marketo to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting architectural decisions and best practices.<br><br>Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining technical excellence and long term system stability.<br><br>Must Have Skills<br><br>Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation platforms.<br><br>Advanced proficiency in HTML for email, CSS, and JavaScript.<br><br>Deep expertise in responsive email layouts, AMPscript for personalization and logic, and email accessibility standards.<br><br>Proven experience with email testing and QA tools such as Litmus, ensuring compatibility across major email clients.<br><br>Demonstrated experience designing and executing multi touch campaigns and nurture program architectures.<br><br>Nice to Have<br><br>Prior experience with Adobe Marketo, including certification or Adobe Marketo Engage Expert level exposure.<br><br>Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced, Salesforce Actions, and Salesforce Lightning.<br><br>Familiarity with templating languages such as Velocity or Handlebars, modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular, and structured email design systems.<br><br>Experience with internationalization and localization, usability testing, and experimentation focused on email performance optimization.<br><br>What We Offer<br><br>Long term, full time engagement under a vendor model.<br><br>100 percent remote work within LATAM.<br><br>Exposure to large scale, global enterprise marketing initiatives.<br><br>A collaborative environment that values technical ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.<br><br>If you are passionate about building robust email engineering foundations and want to work on a global transformation initiative, this role offers both technical depth and strategic impact.
