The company's commitment to sustainability, lean manufacturing practices, and community development makes it an attractive employer for those who want to make a positive impact.Key Responsibilities: Driving Supply Chain Excellence• Provide engineering support to PBNA Supply Chain by working on major capital capacity projects, innovation initiatives, and arenaflex management endeavors.• Manage and oversee capital projects at PBNA North American manufacturing locations, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, Package and Product Development, Procurement, and external suppliers to drive project success.• Serve as a technical liaison to plants, driving standardization and best practices in supply chain engineering.• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in manufacturing environments, leveraging expertise in Packaging, Processing, Capital Project Management, TPM, and Lean Six Sigma processes.• Manage and track project spending, reporting financials on a regular basis, and ensuring effective arenaflex management.• Develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.• Minimum of 12 years of project engineering experience, with a focus on process design and project management.• Functional excellence in Packaging, Processing, Capital Project Management, TPM, and Lean Six Sigma processes.• Proven experience in Injection, Stretch Blow Molding, and Extrusion Blow Molding.• Solid understanding of plant maintenance operations and rPET and PET preform and container package development and manufacturing.• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time to facilitate and manage plant projects.• Individual project CAPEX expenditure experience in excess of $5.0MM.Preferred Skills and Competencies• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in managing direct reports, exempt and non-exempt.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, contractors, and consultants.• Proficient in computer maintenance management systems, reporting/tracking software, Excel, MS Project, and other relevant tools.• Self-motivated, results-driven, and action-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results.• Solid understanding of finance, product/project arenaflex tracking, and statistical process control.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAs a Supply Chain Engineering Sr. Manager at arenaflex, you will have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits.
