Now, we are seeking a Service Crew to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and ensure all orders are served correctly.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly according to restaurant standards.
  • Assist customers with menu recommendations and enquiries.
  • Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next customers.
  • Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and report to management if necessary.
  • Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards set by the restaurant.

Requirements/qualification:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is a plus.
  • Friendly personality with good customer service skills.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
  • Good personal hygiene and presentable appearance.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
