As a Service Operations Analyst, you’ll be the problem-solver behind the scenes—ensuring claims process flawlessly, eligibility data stays accurate, and integrations run smoothly. Work in office: 20%; Work from home: 80% What You’ll Do: • Own the Issue Lifecycle: Investigate, resolve, and document operational issues from intake to resolution—partnering with internal teams and external vendors to keep service delivery seamless. • Analyze & Audit: Use SQL and data tools to identify trends, systemic issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Communicate Clearly: Provide transparent updates and maintain detailed documentation for stakeholders and partners. • Improve Processes: Recommend and implement long-term solutions, automation, and system enhancements to prevent recurring issues. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Clinical, Data Architecture, Integrations, Benefits Configuration, and more to deliver effective solutions. • Support Vendor Partnerships: Engage with adjudication software vendors to ensure accurate claims processing and system performance. What You Bring: • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience: 1+ year in PBM, healthcare operations, or health tech preferred; familiarity with claims processing, eligibility, and accumulator logic. • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and comfortable querying large datasets. • Analytical Mindset: Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. • Communication: Ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable updates. • Collaboration: Proven success working across technical and non-technical teams. • Detail Orientation: Commitment to accuracy and service quality.
