In this context, we are looking for a motivated and self-driving Consultant with experience in the design and delivery of strategic and operational transformation programs for port authorities, shipping operators, and logistics organizations across Europe. As a Shipping & Ports Consultant, you will be shaping digital strategies, optimizing port and supply chain processes, managing regulatory change, and advising on cross-border policy implementation. Ideal for experienced consultants with deep maritime/logistics expertise and proven delivery capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Port and shipping process optimization (crew management, logistics flow, dock operations).

  • Conduct supply chain diagnostics, benchmarking, and operating model redesign.

  • Drive digital transformation in shipping and logistics (AI, analytics, automation).

  • Engage with port authorities, EU maritime bodies, and logistics stakeholders to co-create solutions.

  • Translate policy and functional research into actionable recommendations and transformation roadmaps

Preferred Experience:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ScrumMaster, or Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci)

  • Background in shipping, ports, or global logistics operations.

  • Understanding of supply chain resilience, trade facilitation, and cross-border logistics.

  • Knowledge of EU maritime regulations, supply chain compliance, and industry standards (IMO, EU transport directives)
