We are currently seeking a talented Social Media Associate Manager with content creation experience to join our dynamic digital team. The ideal candidate has a background in graphic design combined with 2-3 years of work experience in social media content creation and management, is creative, highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and has a positive, can-do attitude. Experience in an agency setting is a plus. This position reports directly to our Senior Director of Digital Strategy and Social Media Strategist.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Client communications as a part of social media management.
  • Developing monthly content calendars.
  • Designing and developing engaging social media graphics and Stories aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Editing videos and developing Reels and TikToks.
  • Designing the look & feel of social media profiles according to brand guidelines.
  • Assisting with coordinating photo shoots, including photographer outreach, shot list, and moodboard development.
  • Assisting with the management of influencer partnerships, including creative brief development, research, and outreach.
  • Assisting with quarterly social media reports.
  • Assisting with any other digital department tasks as needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in social media content creation and management. Agency background is ideal.
  • Understanding of the social media landscape, including key platform features and metrics across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills, inclusive of experience with client communications.
  • Working knowledge of content creation, publishing, and reporting tools such as Canva, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Highly organized and able to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
  • Works well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Background and experience in graphic design as well as influencer relations.
  • Photography skills/experience is a plus.
  • Occasional travel to support hospitality clients.
