Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator

Onsite/ Offsite Video Creation for Car Dealerships + Online Brands

Part-Time | Flexible | Hybrid (Onsite + West Orange Office)

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to help produce high-quality content for our clients—primarily car dealerships and select online brands.

In this role, you will:

  • Travel to client locations a few times per month
  • Capture engaging short-form videos and photos
  • Assist with basic social posting and coordination
  • Participate in content days and planning sessions at our West Orange office
  • Work closely with clients and our internal team to bring ideas to life

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys filming, directing, storytelling, and creating strong digital content.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Visit client locations to film content such as Reels, TikToks, UGC-style videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage
  • Capture high-quality video and photo content tailored to each brand
  • Assist with posting schedules, uploading, and managing content distribution
  • Collaborate with clients onsite to brainstorm ideas and guide talent during shoots
  • Attend content days and planning sessions at our West Orange office
  • Organize and label captured content for efficient editing and distribution
  • Stay updated on current social media trends, formats, and creative styles
  • Perform light editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content pieces
  • Provide basic performance insights using platform analytics (no heavy reporting required)

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience creating short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
  • Comfortable filming onsite, interacting with clients, and directing talent during shoots
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Reliable transportation for onsite content sessions
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and content best practices
  • Highly organized with solid communication skills
  • Bonus qualifications:
  • Experience with car dealerships or lifestyle brands
  • Agency experience
  • Photography skills
