ProForceStaff is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to build our brand, promote high-demand job openings, and help us connect top talent with employers across the United States.

Location: Remote (USA-based applicants only)

Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time may be considered)
Pay Range: $22–$35/hour

YOUR ROLE (WHAT YOU’LL DO DAILY)
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day execution of our recruiting content strategy across multiple platforms. Your goal is simple: increase reach, grow trust, and generate high-quality applicants.

Daily responsibilities include:

Content Creation & Posting
• Create and post daily content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
• Write job-focused posts that drive clicks and applications (ZipRecruiter/Indeed style)
• Design professional graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Create short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) for hiring campaigns and brand awareness

Job Promotion & Recruitment Marketing
• Promote active job openings with keyword-optimized captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions
• Build weekly hiring campaigns for roles like warehouse associate, customer service, admin support, and more
• Repurpose job descriptions into engaging social media formats
• Create “Hiring Now” content for multiple U.S. cities and shifts

Community Engagement
• Respond to DMs, comments, and applicant questions in a professional manner
• Engage with job seekers and build trust through consistent communication
• Moderate social pages and monitor brand reputation

Growth & Performance Tracking
• Track engagement, reach, clicks, and application-driven traffic
• Test different job post formats and optimize based on results
• Maintain a weekly performance report (simple Google Sheet dashboard)

Collaboration
• Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring priorities
• Coordinate posting schedules based on urgent hiring needs
• Assist in optimizing job titles and content for ZipRecruiter + Indeed visibility

REQUIREMENTS (WHAT WE NEED)
• 1+ year experience in social media management, digital marketing, or recruitment marketing
• Strong writing skills (professional, clear, and persuasive)
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn + Facebook (TikTok/IG a plus)
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and consistency


NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)
• Experience in staffing/recruiting or job board marketing
• Familiarity with ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, or ATS platforms
• Basic SEO knowledge and keyword research skills
• Experience running paid ads (Meta or LinkedIn) is a plus
