To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub. **Description and Requirements** **Solutions & Services Rep - Channel** Lenovo is currently seeking an experienced Solutions and Services Rep to support the channel (VARs) in the Central Region. As a Solutions and Services Rep (SSR), you will be entrusted with nurturing and owning the SSG relationship with partners across the lifecycle of a deal. The SSR will orchestrate partner needs and bring the very best partner experience tied to solution & services. This is a partner-facing sales role; industry sales experience, the ability to identify, consultative engagement, close net new business, and expertise are required. We are looking for a channel seller with a proven track record to take their career and our solutions and services business to the next level. The candidate will also evaluate partner opportunities as presented, engagements from the Services and Hardware Sales teams, and use this information to manage the sales engagement process to ensure we meet the customer's requirements. Lenovo solutions can include Services, Hardware, Software, Security, ISVs, and additional 3rd Party Services from Lenovo Business partners. In addition to your sales and technical expertise, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and developing strategic relationships with key partners. You will also stay ahead of market trends to effectively position Lenovo's comprehensive portfolio, ensuring that all solutions align with the unique needs and goals of our partners. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to grow revenue, build long-lasting partnerships, and enhance the overall value proposition of Lenovo's solutions and services within the channel ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** **Sales Expertise:** - Partner across multiple organizations including, but not limited to, sales; finance; service delivery; customers and business partners and lead all elements of the services sales cycle - Define framework to manage long term strategy & forecasting to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics - Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals **Portfolio Acumen:** - Display deep understanding of E2E strategic portfolio - Ability to understand customers business and IT challenges and position the appropriate Lenovo solutions - Ability to discuss complex solutions, software, Device as a Service (DaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). **Minimum Qualifications:** - Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience. - 3+ years of successful solutions and services experience. - Experience as an IT Services Solutions provider selling multi-year managed services solutions. - Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace Solutions and Device as a Service. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience selling technology services. - Experience growing master service agreements and statements of work. - Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large companies. - Trusted advisor for industry-specific insights and thought leadership. - Ability to travel as needed. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. - Possess a proactive and driven approach to identify and pursue new sales opportunities - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. The base salary range budgeted for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $100 - $115k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
