Team Description: The AI Engineering team builds and supports systems that enable creativity, personalization, and operational excellence across the company. The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer is responsible for designing and developing visually compelling and engaging reports that drive business decisions. Works remotely across time zones, this role leads technical efforts to build data pipelines, gather requirements and work with executive stakeholders. The role calls for strong communication skills-oral, visual and written. What You’ll Do: Collaborate closely with Product, Stakeholder, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and define hypotheses. Develop, implement and optimize dashboards/reports using BI tools(Tableau, PowerBI) Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and other deliverables. Mentor to early in career and junior engineers while fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Work closely with Product Manager, Data Engineering, and data science team to develop integrated and advanced analytical solutions which power business decisions. Work with stakeholders across different time zones. Required Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years experience in a BI engineering role Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Excel Excellent executive communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Generative AI Proficient in Python Tableau Data Analyst Certification Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience #DISNEYTECH The hiring range for this position in Seattle, WA is $112,000 to $150,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
