Manages leased partner network data integration into I-Network (Network Data Management and Exchange System). Creates requirement documents for GEHA Solutions Inc. projects and enhancements. Manages Quality Assurance review of projects and enhancements, providing sign-off for production. Collaborates with external I-Network developers and external project management team to meet client contractual requirements and delivery of customer products. Manages Data Quality of products delivered to client’s internal claims systems and to file with state regulatory agencies. Supports SFTP site for client use. Act as a backup for network analysis for the Marketing Specialist. Provides daily support to Business Development and National Accounts to maintain current customer accounts and assist with acquiring new accounts. Assists manager with project management.

Responsibilities
  • Manages Leased Network data integration with I-Network, maintaining network data and system stability to meet contractual delivery requirements.
  • Manages the CDFLEX and Connection Dental network product creation and delivery. Works in conjunction with GEHA Operations to direct data transfer protocols are met and build product delivery jobs.
  • Responsible for data quality of products delivered to maintain external clients’ internal claims systems and to file with state regulatory agencies. Works closely with key stakeholders for clients systems teams to ensure delivery of products and SFTP site access.
  • Responsible for the development of analytical insights for all client and prospective clients.
  • Maintains a strong product knowledge, functions as I-Network subject matter expert.
  • Creates data requirements and maintains documents for projects and enhancements. Collaborates with I-Network developers and project management team to meet client requirements and delivery of customer products
  • Creates and oversees completion of service tickets for change control management.
  • Completes Quality Assurance review of projects and enhancements.
  • Responsible for Data Cleansing of the leased partners network data. Collaborates directly with network partners to resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Participates in development of standards, design and implementation of proactive processes to collect and report data.
  • Mentors team on use of I-Network
  • Responsible for working service issue tickets assisting National Accounts.
  • Acts as a backup for network reporting requests
Requirements
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Requires 5+ years of relevant technical or business work experience with demonstrated experience within healthcare industry or data integration.
  • Requires experience analyzing or reporting provider data or related data.
  • Requires analytical, conceptual and problem solving abilities.
  • Requires ability to work and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Requires effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Access.
Work-at-home requirements
  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. G.E.H.A considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
The hiring range for this position is $84,328 - $106,680 USD. At G.E.H.A, the current maximum salary for this role is $118,872 USD. While initial compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications, there is a path to work toward this top rate through performance and continued growth within the organization.
