At Expel, we’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead campaign strategy for our Commercial revenue team. In this role, you’ll design, execute, and optimize high-impact integrated campaigns to create and capture demand across key personas like CISOs, CIOs, SOC leaders, and security practitioners. This isn’t just another marketing role, you’ll be a true partner to sales, helping break into arenaflex accounts, accelerate deals, and exceed pipeline goals! You're their go-to marketer. • Measure & Optimize: Use data to analyze what’s working, pivot fast, and keep improving. • Partner Across Marketing: Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing, Digital, Content, Creative, and others to bring campaigns to life. What you should bring with you • 7+ years in marketing with 5+ in enterprise/SaaS tech • 2+ years running ABM programs • Experience in cybersecurity or tech, comfortable marketing to both execs and practitioners • Skilled in tools like Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, and campaign performance reporting • Critical thinking - the ability to execute quickly and efficiently Additional notes The base salary range for this role is between $110,200 USD and $159,800 USD + bonus compensation and equity. We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.
