We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer with strong Frontend expertise to join our development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications with a primary focus on the frontend and API tiers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions in an Azure cloud environment, the work will be mostly on the Frontend-side, however, the ideal candidate is agnostic of the stack/layer, as from time to time there will be work in other stack/layers, such as the backend. Responsibilities • Design and develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces using the latest versions of NextJS, React, and TypeScript • Create and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries • Implement and maintain arenaflex/CD pipelines in an Azure DevOps environment • Containerize applications using Docker and related technologies • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality through testing and documentation • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance Requirements • 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong proficiency in frontend development using NextJS, React, and TypeScript • Extensive experience with Python backend development, particularly with FastAPI • Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases • Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices • Proficient understanding of Docker containerization and microservices architecture • Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Nice-to-haves • Experience with .NET development • Healthcare industry background or experience • Strong understanding and practical implementation of authentication/authorization systems (OAuth, OIDC, JWT) • Experience developing HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications • Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 FHIR • Experience integrating with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems • Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy regulations • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks Benefits • Competitive salary commensurate to related experience (roughly around 110k -135k annually) • Quality of life with a remote predictable, full-time schedule • Medical, Dental, Vision coverage + more • 401K with company match • Long-term disability insurance, and life insurance • Ample parental leave • Certification Reimbursement • Holidays and Flexible paid time off Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
