The Investor Relations Senior Manager for Onity Group will be responsible for assisting the VP, Investor Relations in the development and communication of the company’s operational and financial performance to the investment community. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining investor-facing materials used in interactions with investors, leadership and the Board of Directors. This position will work closely with Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Reporting, Corporate Communications and operational areas to ensure messaging is in alignment with the strategy and financial results. Reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations who heads the department, the IR Sr. Manager has the opportunity to build meaningful relationships across the organization and with the financial community while driving our company objectives. Job Functions and Responsibilities for this remote position: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Examples below: • Support VP with the development, management and execution of the Onity Group Investor Relations plan • Prepare and maintain ownership of corporate presentations that effectively communicate the financials and progress of the Company for investors (conferences, meetings, web site), the leadership team and Board of Directors. These include: • Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of each phase of the plan; incorporate input from various sources and maintain version control • Creation: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate the company story • Analysis: Collect, analyze and maintain sourcing information and data from various teams; direct valuation analysis to understand outside-in views vs. industry peers to enable clear understanding of competitive position • Communication: Executive level interaction and interaction with investors as directed • Lead material management for quarterly earnings, including press release, presentation, supplement and Q&A • Collaborate with broader team to gather information, parse and analyze data collected and retain source information • Track analyst estimates versus consensus and model variances against internal forecast, collaborating with FP&A on reporting • Track and analyze peer company financial performance and operational results, collaborating with FP&A • Assist with maintaining the Investor Relations web site and managing vendor relationships • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies • Complete ad hoc projects as needed Job Requirements Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience: • Bachelor degree in finance, economics, business or a related field required; MBA or CFA highly regarded but not required • Cumulative professional work experience of 8 years or more; mortgage background (3+ years) • Strong financial background: IR experience and/or FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Data Analytics is highly desirable • Clear understanding of financial modeling techniques used by security analysts to project operating and financial performance is required • Previous banking analyst program experience strongly regarded • Expert PowerPoint and Excel skills with solid analytical skills • Expert communication (verbal and written) ability • Solid understanding of financial services and markets • Team player with ability to partner across departments and levels to ensure effective implementation of time-sensitive initiatives • Strong executive presence and experience interacting with C-Suite • Proven experience with executive communications, both internal and external • Competencies in problem solving, creativity, and organizational skills while showing good judgement and execution within a fast-paced environment • Training / Licensing Requirements: Must pass the Company’s Background Screening process prior to beginning employment.
