About Our Team:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team dedicated to supporting the implementation of LexisNexis Risk Solutions (LNRS) fraud and identity solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with clients across various industries, with a primary focus on Insurance and Healthcare, to integrate and optimize SaaS solutions. Working alongside specialists in implementation, project management, and fraud analytics, you will further develop your technical expertise while contributing meaningfully to initiatives that assist organizations in combating fraud and mitigating risk for their end users.

About the Role:

As a Senior Technical Consultant at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will support leading organizations in strengthening their fraud and identity strategies. You will engage closely with both clients and internal teams to design, implement, and provide ongoing support for SaaS-based solutions tailored to complex business requirements within the Healthcare and Insurance sectors. Your comprehensive technical knowledge and collaborative mindset will facilitate successful solution integrations and foster enduring client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage API Integrations through SaaS Fraud & Identity platforms

  • Deliver all technical components of a customer's development, testing, deployment, training, and post-deployment optimization to ensure smooth delivery and long-term adoption

  • Consult, test, and troubleshoot customer integrations, including Desktop and mobile web fingerprinting

  • Advise application developers, fraud managers, and business leaders on implementation and industry best practices and aid in operationalizing insights from LNRS solutions

  • Communicate and present to customer stakeholders

  • Occasional travel may be required

Requirements:

  • Remote position-applicants must be based in the US

  • Experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting or support, technical project management, or application development (web and/or mobile)

  • Demonstrated success in delivering API technology integration projects, preferably within security, fraud, or payments domains

  • Strong knowledge of conditional logic (If/Then, And, Or, Else, Not, etc.) and sound deductive reasoning abilities

  • Proactive approach to experimenting with and self-testing new concepts, services, and enhancements as they are introduced

  • Ability to perform effectively across various consulting roles, including serving as the technical lead alongside a project manager, and occasionally functioning as project manager for smaller engagements

  • Comprehensive understanding of internet technologies (such as HTML, JavaScript, Basic Auth, JOSE Auth, browser developer tools, and SDKs utilized in mobile applications)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing SaaS platforms

  • Previous roles analyzing, identifying, or mitigating fraud within insurance and/or healthcare settings, including an understanding of industry regulations and risk models

  • Knowledge of authentication, identity verification, and digital fraud prevention

  • Familiarity with Postman or similar local API clients

  • Background in web and API development

  • Understanding of JSON and URL-encoded data formats

  • Experience with SSO integration

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $110,100 - $183,500.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $115,400 - $192,200.If performed in New York, the base pay range is $115,400 - $192,200.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $125,900 - $209,700.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $104,900 - $174,700. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
