The Opportunity As a Strategic Operations Coordinator at Nascent, you're the human interface building and managing a fleet of agents to automate operations, project management, and execution — so you can focus on the coordination, judgment, and momentum that only humans can deliver. You'll run meetings, facilitate strategy sessions, support technical projects and product roadmaps, keep teams aligned and unblocked, and ensure execution stays sharp. You'll turn ambiguity into digital infrastructure, translate strategy into execution pathways, and own the operating layer that keeps everything moving. You're not a background operator — you're a force multiplier who makes high-performers even more effective. You don't just use AI — you've already built with it. You've created agents or automations that executed real work: preparing meetings, synthesizing information, coordinating projects, or tracking execution. Maybe you did this as a product manager, coordinator, or assistant — but the pattern is the same: when something repeated, you didn't accept it, you designed it away. This is a high-agency, high-trust role where you'll be central to how the team operates, solves problems, and delivers on strategy. This position is fully remote and operates within +/- 3 hours of EST. What You’ll Do • Act as the operating backbone of the team — keeping people aligned, unblocked, and executing through tight meetings, clean tools, and ruthless follow-through. • Design and run execution systems that compound speed: calendar orchestration, AI-driven meeting prep, internal comms, and decision tracking that actually closes loops. • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and automations (ChatGPT, Zapier, NotebookLM, Claude Code, and beyond) that eliminate friction, compress cycles, and scale your impact far past manual effort. • Turn ambiguity into infrastructure — translating messy inputs into clear workflows, durable documentation, and dependable vendor and partner systems. • Own project momentum across the team — setting plans, sequencing work, tracking commitments, and ensuring nothing important stalls, drifts, or gets dropped. • Partner with leads as an execution builder — converting strategy into concrete actions and turning next steps into shipped outcomes. About You • You’re deeply curious by default. You ask why before how, and you enjoy digging into how systems actually work so you can make them better. • You’re relentlessly resourceful. Blockers don’t frustrate you — they spark exploration. There’s always another path, and you’ll find it. • You already operate with AI as part of your daily workflow, using it to extend your capacity, eliminate busywork, and experiment your way to better systems. • You’re highly organized and highly adaptive — able to shift priorities quickly without losing clarity, momentum, or judgment. • You see systems everywhere. When something is clunky, manual, or unclear, your curiosity pulls you toward fixing it — especially when it helps people do great work with less friction. • You have a low tolerance for repetitive tasks. If something happens more than once, you assume it can be redesigned, automated, or eliminated — and you take ownership of making that change real. Required Experience • 2+ years in a fast-moving environment, with demonstrated ability to build systems and automations that scaled your impact • Experience managing projects or complex logistics with multiple stakeholders. Nice to Have’s • Comfort navigating financial workflows and terminology with an interest in understanding the underlying systems About Nascent Founded in 2020, Nascent exists to build, expand, and capture opportunity, in open markets and permissionless technologies.
