Job Description: • NYC-based • Department: Marketing • Reports to: CEO • Myo is a modern physical therapy brand designed to futureproof your body. • With over 20 clinic locations across Los Angeles, Vancouver, Toronto, and New York City, we deliver more than 250,000 personalized, one-on-one sessions every year through our proprietary FutureProof Method—a proven approach to helping people move better, feel better, and do what they love, longer. • We’re on a mission to raise body IQ globally. • Our multidisciplinary team—spanning physical therapists, chiropractors, and registered massage therapists—is redefining what physical therapy can look and feel like. • We merge clinical excellence with a brand-forward, client-centered experience that puts education, empowerment, and proactive care at the core. • We’re hiring a Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive our local marketing and partnership efforts in New York and Los Angeles. • This relationship-driven, commercially-minded role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the fitness, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, and cultural scenes — with sharp instincts for building brand visibility, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue through partnerships. • Your mission: Grow Myo’s client base, strengthen membership acquisition and retention, and build brand presence in our core US markets. • You’ll lead influencer strategy, cultivate strategic brand partnerships, co-create events and activations, and support new clinic launches with best-in-class local execution. Requirements: • 3–6 years’ experience in partnerships, brand/influencer marketing, or business development, ideally in wellness or consumer healthcare. • Deep knowledge of NYC & LA’s cultural and business ecosystems — you know the tastemakers, conveners, and how to get things done. Comfortable with traveling up to 25% of the time. • Proven ability to build and monetize partnerships. • Track record managing influencer programs with measurable business results. • Strong event execution skills, from concept through post-event reporting. • Commercial mindset—fluent in LTV, CAC, conversion, and upsell strategy. • CRM-fluent (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Notion) with excellent follow-through. • Thrive in fast-paced, scrappy environments—ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
