Role Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Talent Relations & Conflict Resolution Specialist to handle disputes, ensure smooth brand partnerships, and maintain strong influencer relationships. In this role, you’ll mediate conflicts, enforce contracts, and step in when issues escalate. You’ll collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting brand integrity. Ideal candidates have experience in influencer marketing, contract negotiation, and crisis management, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: • Dispute Mediation & Resolution • Work closely with Influencer Marketing execution team to resolve conflicts between influencers, brand partners, and internal teams. • Step in as primary point of contact when issues escalate. • Mediate disputes related to contracts, payment terms, content expectations, and performance metrics. • Implement fair and effective solutions to maintain positive relationships and brand integrity. • Influencer & Brand Relations Management • Foster strong relationships with influencers and brand partners to proactively address concerns. • Provide clear communication and expectations to prevent potential conflicts. • Develop and maintain trust-based partnerships through transparency and responsiveness. • Contract & Policy Enforcement • Ensure all parties adhere to campaign agreements, content guidelines, and brand policies. • Address violations or discrepancies in influencer deliverables, usage rights, or exclusivity terms. • Communication & Support • Act as a liaison between influencers, brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration. • Provide guidance to influencers on best practices for brand partnerships and conflict resolution. • Offer internal team training on effective conflict resolution strategies. • Escalation & Issue Tracking • Maintain a structured escalation process for unresolved conflicts. • Track, document, and analyze recurring issues to improve future influencer partnerships. • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership for process improvements. Qualifications & Skills: • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, dispute resolution, or customer relations. • Strong mediation and negotiation skills – Ability to de-escalate conflicts and find win-win solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to maintain professional and empathetic interactions. • Deep understanding of influencer marketing – Familiarity with social media platforms, brand deals, and campaign expectations. • Knowledge of contracts and legal terms – Understanding of influencer agreements, content rights, and exclusivity clauses. • Crisis management experience – Ability to assess risks and handle PR-sensitive situations effectively. • Problem-solving mindset – Ability to think critically and make fair, data-driven decisions.
