**Technical Specialist for Acute Care Informatics - Philips Capsule Technologies, Inc (Remote, Homebased)** The Technical Specialist is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, contributing to solution design, proposing solutions for routine issues and developing tailored solutions aligned with client needs and budget constraints, working under limited supervision. The role maintains consistency and clarity in solution architecture documentation and facilitates communication of project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to stakeholders. The role develops tailored, cost-effective solutions and ensures scalability, reliability, and security through effective design principles. The role stays current on industry trends and offers clients best-in-class solutions. **Your role:** * Participates in customer requirements analysis, actively analyzes client needs to inform the development of solutions aligned with customer expectations and business objectives, and conducts thorough assessments of existing infrastructure to recommend appropriate, scalable, reliable, and secure solutions architecture. * Aids in the establishment of the project labor baseline, defines the initial allocation of labor resources required for project execution, and ensures clarity and alignment regarding the distribution of workforce efforts and responsibilities. * Creates standardized architecture templates, ensures consistency and clarity in project documentation, and facilitates efficient communication of project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to stakeholders. * Stays current on product, solutions, services, IT, and industry trends, offers clients best-in-class solutions, ethically monitors competitor product offerings, and actively engages as a member of the Community of Practice for solution architecture. * Develops tailored solutions by collaborating with domain experts that align with customer requirements and budgetary constraints, ensuring the delivery of tailored and cost-effective solutions that meet client expectations and drive business value. * Willing to travel or work onsite/field as required by the role **You're the right fit if:** + You've acquired 2+ years of experience in technical solution design, architecture, or implementation within IT, health technology, or a related field, either as an individual contributor or as part of a cross-functional team. (If you have led teams, specify the size and scope of your leadership experience.) + You are proficient in solution architecture, infrastructure assessment, and technical documentation with strong knowledge of relevant software, IT systems, and industry best practices. + You have a Bachelors Degree and or Master's Degree in Health Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Informatics or equivalent. Technical Based Degree Preferred + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. + You have excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project scope definition. + Bonus: Familiarity with competitor product offerings, industry trends, and active participation in Communities of Practice for solution architecture. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $124,000 to $165,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
