This role will contribute to the development of insights that inform decision-making and help improve efficiency across various functions. Working under the guidance of leadership, the Associate or Staff (depending on role decided) will provide research, reporting, and recommendations to support Redwire’s strategic and operational goals.</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div> <ul> <li>Support internal teams by providing data-driven insights on corporate strategy, operations, and business performance.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track business performance.</li> <li>Prepare reports, presentations, and models (e.g., market trends, financial models, forecasts) to summarize key findings.</li> <li>Assist in analyzing business operations to identify opportunities for process improvements.</li> <li>Collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals.</li> <li>Assist in monitoring company operations and recommending adjustments to improve efficiency.</li> <li>Maintain awareness of industry trends, technologies, and market developments relevant to company operations.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and strategic objectives.</li> </ul> <div><b>Ideal Experience:</b></div> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, data analytics, research, or a related field. Masters degree will substitute for 2 years of experience. </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other analytical tools.</li> <li>Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).</li> <li>Proficiency in programming languages used in data modeling and visualization (e.g., Python, SQL, DAX, R, etc.)</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.</li> </ul> <div><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></div> <ul> <li>Experience in government contracting, aerospace, or technology industries is a plus.</li> <li>Experience conducting market research and compiling findings into reports or presentations.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within teams.</li> </ul> <div> <div><b>Grow with us as we innovate the next generation capabilities for a new era of space exploration!
