<p>Search Consultancy are looking for a Time-sheet Data Entry administrator to join them on an ongoing temporary basis. You will join our internal payroll team and support the wider team with managing our associates pay and weekly payroll run.</p><p><br>You will work Monday - Friday 9-am - 5.30pm, with an hourly rate of £12.31 per hour. <br><br>Our office is based in Glasgow City Centre, you will be on site 5 days per week initially then once training is completed there is an option to work on a hybrid model - days will be agreed with your line manager <br><br>This role is predominately a processing/data entry position in which you will process a high volume of timesheets, therefore good attention to detail and accuracy is vital for this role.</p><p>As well as being involved in processing timesheets you will also support with, adjustments, processing of same day payments, requesting P45's to be issued and all other ad hoc admin tasks.</p><p><strong>To be considered for this role you must have: </strong></p><ul><li>Good attention to detail as working with high volumes of data and numerical entry</li><li>Have experience of working in a role with an administration capacity or a similar position </li><li>The ability to work to strict timescales and deadlines </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Ability to investigate and problem solve </li><li>Have the ability to cope well under pressure and working towards KPI's</li></ul><p><br>If you are available immediately then please apply now or email (url removed) if you would like further information on this position.</p><p><strong>Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age</strong></p>
