Job Description: • Develop and execute tailored business development strategies for your assigned service line, aligned with Davies’ overall growth objectives. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with insureds, brokers, carriers, program administrators, and other key stakeholders. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring delivery aligns with commitments. • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and service delivery to design client-specific solutions and maintain consistent messaging. • Represent Davies at industry events, conferences, and panels, contributing to thought leadership and brand visibility within your market segment. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments relevant to your service area to inform strategic initiatives. • Partner with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and business plans that drive sustainable growth. • Leverage cross-sell opportunities across Davies’ full portfolio to deliver integrated solutions that meet evolving client needs.
