What you will do: • Sales & Business Development • Present Cprime's capabilities to clients through engaging storytelling, making them relevant and aligned with client needs. • Develop strategies that help achieve revenue goals for assigned accounts, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure success. • Identify and pursue both net new and growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore new business areas in specific markets. • Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business needs and recommend solutions that fit their goals. Partnership Development • Work closely with our partners to prospect and define tightly orchestrated co-selling motions. Collaborate closely with Account, Pre-Sales, Solution, and Delivery teams to ensure clients are successful from introduction to program conclusion. • Stay apprised of partner capabilities, solution roadmaps, competitive differentiators, and sales strategies. Qualifications and Skills: • 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role. • 3+ years of experience in the areas of IT Finance (TBM), Strategic Portfolio Management, FinOps, and technology space. • A proven record of driving growth and achieving goals within an enterprise environment. • The ability to build lasting relationships with C-suite executives and other stakeholders. • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Analytical and data-driven in approach to strategy and decision-making. • Curious, self-starter mentality who enjoys complex problem-solving with strong attention to detail. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
