Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT TSA Manager to support the IT M&A team through the divestiture of the Residential and Light Commercial business. This role will manage all IT Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) activities, ensuring business continuity, driving TSA exit plans, resolving service issues, and coordinating with internal teams, leadership, and the buyer's IT organization.

In this role, the IT TSA Manager will oversee the governance, delivery, and performance of all IT Transitional Service Agreements, ensuring stable business continuity throughout TSA obligations. This includes managing service issues, driving TSA exit activities, and supporting budget, billing, and stranded cost tracking. The manager will coordinate closely with IT Service Owners, Tower Leads, Deal Leads, SMEs, and vendor partners to ensure smooth progress across M&A workstreams. They will communicate and align on proposed exit plans with service owners and stakeholders, identify roadblocks and escalation needs, and track status through full TSA completion. Additionally, the IT TSA Manager will contribute to maintaining and improving the methodology, standards, and best practices for IT M&A TSA Management.

Requirements:

+ 10+ years of relevant IT experience in multinational environments

+ Prior consulting experience is a plus

+ Strong program/project management, communication, and change-management skills

+ Experience working independently and in cross-functional, global team environments

+ Ability to manage shifting priorities, tight timelines, and high-pressure conditions

+ Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

+ Experience managing customer, vendor, and external stakeholder relation

+ Prior M&A experience, including divestitures and TSA management

+ Ability to travel nationally and internationally based on project needs

The base range for this hourly position is $ 90.00 - $110.00 per hour depending on experience; pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
