Hire Resolve is currently seeking a UPS Sales Engineer to join our client in Kenya. As a UPS Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the company's customer base in the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their power backup needs, provide UPS solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced and growing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the UPS industry.
  • Identify and prospect new clients to drive company sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide technical solutions and product recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of technical sales experience in the UPS industry or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and related products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
