This is a part-time opportunity. At this time, part-time Airport Service Concierge Cremembers will work no more than 25 hours per week and will not be scheduled for overtime.


About the Role:

Our Valet Crewmembers are the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in setting the tone for a personalized and premium travel experience. This role is responsible for greeting all guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a warm welcome at every touchpoint.


A Day in the Life:

As a Valet Crewmember at JSX, your day begins with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Your role plays a vital part in creating a seamless and elevated travel experience from the moment our customers arrive at the curb. Other responsibilities include:


  • Greets Customers curbside with a warm, welcoming demeanor—delivering the "Joyful, Simple, eXperience" JSX is known for.
  • Arrives early to station, in full uniform and ready to deliver a safe, premium experience.
  • Performs a walk-around inspection of the valet area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
  • Checks in with the Station Supervisor or Lead for any VIP alerts, special requests, or flight schedule changes.
  • Assists with unloading luggage and provides clear instructions for check-in.
  • Issues valet claim tickets and safely parks Customer vehicles with care and precision, including manual and luxury vehicles.
  • Reviews the day’s flight manifest for incoming and outgoing flights, noting VIPs, and passengers requesting special assistance.
  • Prepares valet ticket slips and reviews expected arrival times for Customers.
  • Ensures cones, signage, and directional aids are properly placed for optimal traffic flow and visibility.
  • Completes vehicle log checks to confirm all keys are returned and secured.
  • Reports any vehicle damage, irregularities, or incidents to the supervisor.
  • Reviews closing checklist and debriefs with the team on daily highlights and feedback.

  • Required Experience:
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Must have and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Must be able to parallel park Customer vehicles as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle luggage safely
  • Able to perform intermittent physical activity including:
    • Bending, reaching, lifting, climbing stairs
    • Prolonged standing and walking long distances
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments including hot, cold, or wet weather conditions
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Subject to testing under reasonable suspicion and post-accident situations
  • Must participate in alcohol screenings per DOT and federal/local regulations

  • Skills, Licenses, & Certifications:
  • Current and valid Driver’s license required.


  • Pay & Perks:

    Compensation for this position is $20.00 hourly. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
