Job Title: Valet Technician

Location: Telluride

Terms: Seasonal, full and part time roles available

Pay: $20/hour base wage, plus tips.

Requirements:

Expect weekend and holiday work. Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts. Previous hospitality experience preferred, not required!

About the role:

Valet technicians are the face of Ski Butlers at our on-site hotel service center locations. This role aims to provide a seamless experience for all hotel guests using the hotel's skier services. From arrival to departure, valet technicians' welcome guests to the resort, store their equipment for daily use, work with hotel team members and create a genuine, personal hospitality experience unlike any other.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service while meeting our Key Customer Requirements:
  • KCR #1: On Time - arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
  • KCR #2: Communication - setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service and meeting hotel service standards
  • KCR #3: Provide timely, accurate placement and retrieval of guest's skis and other related stored equipment
  • Support: assist guests with fitting and adjusting Ski Butlers equipment as needed
  • Assist guests with relevant information regarding resort operations, meeting areas, on-site hotel amenities, transportation and local mountain town knowledge
  • Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
  • Enhance the overall skier experience

Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance
  • Making/Answering customer phone calls and face-to-face questions with a positive and inviting tone of voice
