Key Responsibilities • Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, providing world-class service reflective of arenaflex standards. • Address guest inquiries, provide accurate information regarding park attractions, dining, events, and resort services. • Actively listen to guest concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective and timely resolutions. • Assist with ticket purchases, reservations, and general information, ensuring smooth transactions. • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, and operational procedures. • Handle guest feedback and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. • Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall guest experience.
