Warehouse Associate – Blue Ash, Ohio

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Hours: Available to work between the hours of 12:00 noon - 8:30 p.m. / Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on order slips or electronic scanners
  • Carefully pack products using appropriate packing materials to ensure safe transit
  • Verify item quantities and quality before packaging
  • Label and seal packages correctly
  • Maintain a clean and organized packing area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with restocking shelves, inventory counts, and other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 70 pounds
  • Must be able to push/pull pallet jack or cart weighing up to 350 lbs.
  • Able to perform repetitive motions of bending, squatting, stooping, and standing; including the motion of placing and removing the product from shelves, stabilizing on the mode of delivery, or carrying by hand.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic reading and math skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to safely operate a Forklift is a plus
  • Perform all assigned duties safely and efficiently adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required or requested by management.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced, physically active warehouse setting
  • Work in a warehouse setting; some outdoor exposure during the workday; temperature is not controlled and varies depending on the season
  • Required to stand and walk for long periods

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required (on-the-job training may be provided)
  • Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory control is a plus
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners is beneficial
  • Forklift certification or experience may be preferred, depending on the role
