Role Summary

The Warehouse Picker / Packer plays a critical role in supporting our stores and online customers by accurately picking, packing, and shipping product from our Distribution Center. This role thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values teamwork and safety, and offers opportunities to learn multiple areas of DC operations.

What you'll do

  • Pick, pack, and ship product for store replenishment and direct‑to‑consumer orders
  • Inspect, count, tag, label, and verify merchandise for accuracy and quality
  • Identify shortages, damages, and discrepancies and report them appropriately
  • Replenish pick locations and support inventory accuracy
  • Palletize and prepare merchandise for relocation or shipment
  • Cross‑train and work across multiple areas of the Distribution Center
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all TPS policies, procedures, and safety standards

Who you are

  • Be a TPS brand ambassador
  • Reliable, accountable, and safety‑focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math and computer skills required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and stand/walk up to 6 consecutive hours.
  • Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and extended hours during seasonal peaks.
  • Warehouse, RF scanning, or forklift experience is a plus (not required)
  • Experience with material handling equipment preferred (forklift, pallet jacks, lifts).
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and develop new skills through feedback and experience
  • Accountable, reliable, and punctual with a strong sense of ownership over your work
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
