This role involves overseeing day-to-day activities, managing a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and safely. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with the Warehouse Leadership to implement strategies that improve productivity and accuracy in inventory management. This position requires a proactive leader who can motivate the team, solve problems on the floor, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.<br><br><strong>Job Duties & Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><strong>Leadership & Team Development:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Hire, train, and manage warehouse employees, ensuring engagement and accountability.</li><li>Manage onboarding and ensure completion of all training tasks.</li><li>Support retention through positive engagement and development.
