Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Singapore. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills who can manage teams, optimize workflows, and ensure efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for inventory control, staff supervision, and maintaining safety protocols to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet company standards.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
  • Develop and implement workflow improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, SAP).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Forklift certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience

  • 3+ years in a similar supervisory role within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Experience working in high-volume distribution centers or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
  • Previous experience managing international teams is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role with flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Typical shifts: 5-6 days per week, 8-10 hours per shift.
