Remote 100% Online Sales & Business Development Representative 100% Work From Home | Commission-Based | Flexible Schedule This is a fully remote, online-only position focused on digital sales and business development. All work is completed from home using Facebook—no phone calls, video calls, or in-person meetings are required. Role Overview You will identify potential real estate opportunities by searching Facebook Marketplace for homes listed for sale that appear to need significant repairs or renovations (“fixer-uppers” or “ugly homes”). You will then send pre-written, copy-and-paste messages to property owners through Facebook Messenger. We provide all messaging templates, instructions, and support. Key Responsibilities • Search Facebook Marketplace in your local area for homes listed for sale • Identify properties that clearly need renovations or major work • Send provided copy-and-paste messages to property owners via Facebook Messenger • Follow simple instructions and outreach guidelines • Maintain basic activity consistency Compensation & Structure • Commission-based position (Independent Contractor) • Average commission per deal ranges from $1,000 to $10,000 • Opportunity to transition to hourly pay if: • Work is performed consistently and effectively, and • Our team is successfully closing deals generated from your outreach There is no cap on commissions.
