Our Zillow Flex Team is one of the largest and most productive in the area, and we are seeking a driven, licensed REALTOR® to step into a leadership role to help manage and grow this powerhouse team. Position Overview The Zillow Flex Team Leader will oversee the daily operations, performance, and development of our Zillow Flex team members. This leader will focus on accountability, training, coaching, and driving conversion success, while maintaining a collaborative, high-energy culture. The ideal candidate is a licensed REALTOR® with proven experience in sales, leadership, and team management, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Team Management & Leadership • Lead, mentor, and coach a large team of Zillow Flex agents. • Hold agents accountable to performance metrics, lead conversion, and client follow-up standards. • Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and client-first service. Performance & Productivity • Track and analyze team performance, providing regular reporting to leadership. • Implement best practices for lead response, client conversion, and closing strategies. • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds Zillow Flex program standards. Training & Development • Conduct ongoing training sessions for agents on sales strategies, systems, and processes. • Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to improve agent performance and skills. • Support agents in navigating complex transactions, negotiations, and client challenges. Collaboration & Communication • Act as the main point of contact between Zillow Flex leadership and the team. • Work closely with company leadership to align team goals with brokerage objectives. • Communicate updates, expectations, and program changes effectively to all team members. Qualifications • Active real estate license (REALTOR® required). • Proven track record in residential real estate sales with strong conversion skills. • Prior leadership or team management experience strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of Zillow Flex systems, lead distribution, and accountability standards (preferred). • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. • Metrics-driven, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
