For more information, visit: NWN.ai.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p>Supports the development of compliant, persuasive RFX proposals by coordinating inputs, drafting and formatting content, and tracking schedules and requirements to meet deadlines. Maintains templates and standard materials to improve proposal efficiency and consistency.</p> <ul> <li>Assist with end-to-end proposal coordination (intake, kickoff, task tracking, reviews, and final submission preparation).</li> <li>Review RFX documents and summarize requirements, deliverables, and compliance items for the response team.</li> <li>Draft and edit standard proposal sections using approved messaging and existing content libraries.</li> <li>Format proposals in Word and related tools to align with templates, style standards, and customer instructions.</li> <li>Coordinate collection of inputs from Business Development, Sales, Recruiting, Technical teams, and partners/vendors.</li> <li>Maintain proposal schedules, action logs, and content trackers; follow up on assigned action items to keep work on pace.</li> <li>Prepare and complete administrative response items (forms, certifications, representations, and standard attachments) as assigned.</li> <li>Edit and update resumes, project descriptions, and company overviews for accuracy, clarity, and consistent voice.</li> <li>Support compliance checks by confirming required sections are present, instructions are followed, and content is submitted on time.</li> <li>Help improve and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate language, and content repositories to streamline future responses.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>1-3 years of experience supporting proposals, technical writing, marketing writing, or related administrative coordination Required</li> <li>Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and consistent tone/grammar.</li> <li>Ability to interpret RFX instructions and translate requirements into checklists and compliance trackers.</li> <li>Comfort working with multiple contributors and deadlines; able to follow up and organize inputs from SMEs.</li> <li>Working knowledge of version control and file management best practices (naming conventions, permissions, final submission packages).</li> <li>Professional communication skills; able to take direction, incorporate feedback, and support review cycles.</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business and customer information appropriately.</li> <li>Preferred: familiarity with proposal tools/processes (e.g., proposal libraries, content management systems, or basic graphic/layout support</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word (styles, formatting, templates) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SharePoint/Teams preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Locations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Remote: Job duties are performed from the employee’s home home or another approved remote location.
