The Players Club Representative is responsible for enhancing the overall experience for our guests. This role focuses on the enrollment of new members into the Sky River Rewards program and managing existing member accounts. The Players Club Representative also educates our guests about the benefits of membership and casino promotions, assists with the execution of casino promotions and events, and creates a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests and team members alike.

  • Greets all guests at the Players' Club and/or Casino Floor
  • Processes Players' Club applications.
  • Distributes rewards to Players' Club members as indicated.
  • Provides feedback to marketing department on specific issues as they relate to the club and to the guests.
  • Assists in execution of promotions, programs and drawings as requested by supervisory staff.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of the Players club program and casino events.
  • Follows direction from marketing department and effectively communicate to guest.
  • Attends departmental meetings to facilitate communication.
  • Supports promotional events and activities.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year experience in guest service, gaming preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing program and/or ability to learn.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office Suite or related software; and related player system software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
  • Ability to work with/for multiple employees.
