<h1><b>Become a part of our caring community</b><br> </h1>As a remote Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative, you will support Pharmacists and patients and report to a Clinical Programs supervisor. You will do this by accomplishing programs developed to improve overall health outcomes, with a focus on prescription drugs and medication therapy. Additionally, you will help bring the strategy on comprehensive medication reviews. You will perform varied activities and moderately complex <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">administrative/operational/customer</span> support assignments. Perform computations. Typically work on semi-routine assignments.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>As a Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative, you will:</p><ul><li>Make outbound and take inbound calls communicating with Humana members.</li><li>Collect medication history information.</li><li>Prepare members for a comprehensive medication review.</li><li>Help guide prescription drug optimization in cases where patients are taking multiple medications.</li><li>Help create health awareness with patients through Rx Education and targeted quarterly campaigns.</li><li>Assist Pharmacists by placing and retrieving calls to confirm patients are taking drugs and provide counseling.</li></ul><h1><br><b>Use your skills to make an impact </b><br> </h1><p><b><i>Earn a $1,500 hiring sign on bonus</i></b></p><p>(50% we pay at hire and 50% we pay at 180 days; you must remain employed until that date to receive payment!)</p><ul><li>Applicable to external candidates only<br> </li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><b>Resident State Pharmacy Technician License OR National Pharmacy Technician Certification</b></li><li>Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service or call center processes</li><li>Must have a designated work area with a door that locks</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Schedule: </b>Must work any hours Monday-Friday between 8:00am-7:00pm EST. Holidays/weekends and overtime when applicable.</p><ul><li><b>You must be on time, with your camera ON during 2+ weeks of training and for other meetings required by leadership</b>.</li><li>We support your career growth! You will learn many systems, policies, and tools, and it takes time to become proficient in the role. <b>You must be willing to remain in this position and campaign for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.</b></li><li><b>New Hire Appraisal Period – Attendance / Time Off</b>: This appraisal period of your employment is <b>critical </b>to your success as an employee. It is absolutely essential that you don't miss any time in the first 90 days, unless approved by leaders.<ul><li>While in your appraisal period, which lasts 180 days, your supervisor evaluates you.
