iteratively.</li><li>Make data-informed decisions on pivots, enhancements, or sunsetting.</li><li>Lead, align, and collaborate with a cross-functional working group of business subject matter experts, viability.</li><li>Conduct and synthesize user research, market research, and competitive analysis to identify pain points, gaps in offerings, new opportunities, and/or macro trends impacting our business, members, target market, and users.</li><li>Understand and translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product direction, building empathy and championing member needs and user experience throughout development.</li><li>Work in tandem with development/engineering teams to ensure seamless product development.</li><li>Drive measurable outcomes through defining KPIs,
