<h2>Overview</h2> <p>Apogee has an opportunity for a <strong>Systems Engineer</strong> to provide contractor site reachback support for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO). These positions provide senior-level technical support in specialized areas, including Test & Evaluation, Avionics Integration, and Cybersecurity. </p> <p>These are full-time remote positions with occasional travel to government sites. </p> <p> </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>Technical Support:</strong></p> <p>Provide senior technical support in specialized areas:</p> <ul> <li>Test & Evaluation</li> <li>Avionics Integration</li> <li>Cybersecurity   <ul> <li>Support Studies & Analysis (S&A) task execution </li> <li>Conduct trade studies and technical analyses </li> <li>Provide expert technical assessments and recommendations </li> </ul></li> </ul> <p><strong>Test & Evaluation (for T&E specialists):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support test planning and strategy development </li> <li>Evaluate test approaches and methodologies </li> <li>Review test plans and procedures • Analyze test results and provide assessments </li> <li>APDP T&E Level III certified or military T&E school graduate </li> </ul> <p><strong>Avionics Integration (for Integration specialists):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support platform integration planning and analysis </li> <li>Evaluate interface requirements and ICDs </li> <li>Assess integration approaches and risks </li> <li>Provide expertise on aircraft systems and interfaces </li> <li>Direct involvement with 3+ aircraft platforms required </li> </ul> <p><strong>Cybersecurity (for Cyber specialists):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support cybersecurity threat analysis and evaluation </li> <li>Conduct vulnerability assessments </li> <li>Evaluate cybersecurity testing approaches </li> <li>Develop countermeasure recommendations </li> <li>Technical knowledge of PNT systems security </li> </ul> <p><strong>Studies & Analysis Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute assigned S&A tasks </li> <li>Conduct research and technical analysis </li> <li>Prepare technical reports and documentation </li> <li>Support trade studies and technology assessments </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>Minimum Experience:</strong></p> <p><strong>Citizenship: </strong>Must be a US citizen <strong>Clearance: </strong>Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearance <strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field<strong>Years of Experience:</strong> 20 years of experience in specialized areas </p> <p><em>Test & Evaluation:</em></p> <ul> <li>DT/OT experience</li> <li>APDP T&E Level III or military T&E school</li> </ul> <p><em>Avionics Integration:</em></p> <ul> <li>Airborne integration, direct involvement with 3+ platforms</li> </ul> <p><em>Cybersecurity:</em></p> <ul> <li>Cybersecurity focused on PNT systems, threat evaluation, testing, and countermeasures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li> <li>Excellent technical writing and communication skills </li> <li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p> <p><strong>Education: </strong>Master's Degree in Engineering, or related field<strong>Years of Experience: </strong>15 years of experience in specialized areas<em> (Test & Evaluation, Avionics Integration, Cybersecurity)</em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Additional Information:</strong><strong>Location:</strong> Contractor Site (National - Remote)<strong>Remote: </strong>This is a full-time remote position</p> <p><strong>Travel:</strong> Travel up to 20% may be required, per the customer's discretion</p>
