Develop an intimate knowledge of the market, broker firms, and carrier partner capabilities to assist in developing winning sales strategies at the case level. <br>This is a remote role. If you want to work for a company where employees are valued and growth is encouraged, CRC Benefits could be the place.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><u>Required Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li>Establish an in-depth understanding of our products and processes and how agents/brokers interact with these products and processes.</li><li>Review RFP submissions and work with BSEs to develop a execute a quoting strategy for each case.</li><li>Maintain increasing knowledge of insurance industry markets, products, and legal environments to provide a value-added service to agents/brokers.</li><li>Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for large group sales proposals; provide broker client ready proposals</li><li>Work in tandem with Sales Executives to effectively service agents/brokers and to encourage them to increase new sales opportunities by:<ul><li>Conducting regular follow-up calls to agents/brokers, to understand customer needs and build strategies to meet them.</li><li>Providing information on carrier administrative procedures and product availability, and direction in selecting appropriate group products.</li><li>Pre-screening individuals and groups for medical conditions to determine suitable products and risk adjustment factors on premium rates.</li><li>Assisting agents/brokers in presenting our products to clients by attending client/broker meetings and enrollment meetings as needed; prepare necessary enrollment documents/benefit booklets.</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Adhere to CRC Benefits confidentiality standards of information.</li><li>Occasional long, irregular hours during peak times.</li><li>Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.</li><li>Resolve conflicts, solve problems, and provide feedback to management.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Required Qualifications: </u></b></p><ul><li>Associates degree or equivalent required.</li><li>4+ years professional experience in related selling, account management or servicing large group benefits.</li><li>Knowledge of large group carrier plan features, benefits for both medical and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">non-medical/ancillary</span> plans.</li><li>Experience with financial and underwriting principals involved with large group plans.</li><li>Strong knowledge of self-funded, level funded, or alternate funded plans.</li><li>Active Life & Health License.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange; proficient in web browsers, specifically Google Chrome.</li></ul><p>The annual base salary for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00.</p><p></p><p><b>General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of CRC Group: </b>At CRC Group, we're committed to supporting every aspect of teammates' well-being – physical, emotional, financial, social, and professional.
